Marketing Automation Manager driving engagement and e-commerce growth through personalized campaigns at Reward Gateway. Collaborating with teams to leverage CRM tools for best customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Build, test, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
Manage all campaign operations, including content curation, audience segmentation, workflow setup, QA, and scheduling.
Create and manage content for placements, including drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, and ensuring accurate and timely deployment across channels.
Execute and optimize B2C CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM programs with broader business objectives.
Support the development of automated user journeys that enhance personalization and customer lifetime value.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2C or e-commerce environment.
Experience curating and managing content, including drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, and tailoring messaging for different audience segments and channels.
Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred) or other CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking.
Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure results, and optimize future campaigns.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer/user engagement initiatives.
