Responsibilities

  • As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, enabling our team to run impactful campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our marketing processes are streamlined and our data is accurate, driving results across all marketing channels.
  • Your expertise in marketing technology and operations will be vital in building the foundation for our marketing successes.
  • Design, manage, and execute sophisticated email nurturing campaigns and inbound lead flows within HubSpot, ensuring technical integrity and optimal performance.
  • Support the lead generation engine with key responsibility for hitting Lead, MQL, and SQL targets as per FY27 planning outputs.
  • Use marketing collateral, including Generative AI white papers and executive webinars, to attract and engage with target audiences.
  • Champion the use of data-driven insights to maximise ROI of marketing spend.
  • Lead the coordination, design, and physical operation of trade shows and bespoke events.
  • Ensure all event intelligence is captured, clean, and actionable by uploading lead and attendance information to SFDC immediately post-event.
  • Work closely with sales personnel to ensure a seamless, timely hand-off of leads following marketing activity, maintaining a strict feedback loop on lead quality and sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing operations or related fields
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and processes
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing technology stacks
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
