About the role

  • Regional Marketing Operations Manager overseeing marketing activation excellence for Healthcare Informatics in the International Region. Collaborating across teams to optimize performance and pipeline generation in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the integrated HI marketing planning process across the International Region
  • Aligns regional commercial priorities with Global BU and EU & IR Marketing strategies
  • Drives structured launch planning, campaign calendars, and execution governance
  • Integrates Healthcare Informatics in Regional Health Systems demand generation programs
  • Ensures audience-based targeting and omni-channel activation excellence
  • Enables effective localization of global campaigns while maintaining brand and regulatory compliance
  • Drives KPI governance and dashboard transparency across zones
  • Drives ROI transparency through performance measurement frameworks
  • Establishes feedback loops between markets and Global BU to continuously optimize impact
  • Ensures adherence to Philips brand, governance, and data privacy standards
  • Monitors the regional HI marketing budget with ROI-driven prioritization in collaboration with Regional Business Marketing Leadership
  • Collaborates across HI Regional Marketing, Zone Marketing, Global BU, and Regional Marketing Operations Lead Monthly Squad meetings together with HI Regional Marketing
  • Builds strong, trust-based relationships to enable decision-making in a complex matrix organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's or Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing, eCommerce, Consumer Marketing Experience or equivalent (Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech preferred).
  • Strong expertise in downstream marketing, marketing operations, and demand generation.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience in international matrix environments.
  • Solid understanding of omni-channel marketing and performance management.
  • Experience managing multi-country budgets and integrated planning cycles.
  • Strong ownership mindset, customer-first orientation, and continuous improvement drive.
