Support planning, setup, coordination, and breakdown of events across FMOL Health campuses and partner locations, including photo, video, and social coverage as needed.
Coordinate event logistics including materials preparation, signage, staffing needs, vendor communication, and on-site troubleshooting.
Assist the Strategic Partnerships team with campaign tasks, content creation, project tracking, and administrative support.
Help ensure tasks and deadlines are met through proactive follow-up and coordination.
Assist with creation and distribution of communications materials such as social media content, presentations, internal communications, and event materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage inventory of branded items for internal and external use, maintaining brand standards and adequate stock levels.
Support a high-performing team culture centered around collaboration, accountability, and mission-driven work.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or administrative support—preferably in healthcare, athletics, or higher education environments.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working on-site at events, sometimes outside of standard business hours.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.), and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines a plus.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Experience in strategic marketing, communications, and athletics preferred.
