About the role

  • Support planning, setup, coordination, and breakdown of events across FMOL Health campuses and partner locations, including photo, video, and social coverage as needed.
  • Coordinate event logistics including materials preparation, signage, staffing needs, vendor communication, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Assist the Strategic Partnerships team with campaign tasks, content creation, project tracking, and administrative support.
  • Help ensure tasks and deadlines are met through proactive follow-up and coordination.
  • Assist with creation and distribution of communications materials such as social media content, presentations, internal communications, and event materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage inventory of branded items for internal and external use, maintaining brand standards and adequate stock levels.
  • Support a high-performing team culture centered around collaboration, accountability, and mission-driven work.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or administrative support—preferably in healthcare, athletics, or higher education environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site at events, sometimes outside of standard business hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.), and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience in strategic marketing, communications, and athletics preferred.
  • Passion for FMOL Health’s mission and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
