About the role

  • Lead the program management to ensure convergence between Back Market Pro and Back Market B2C by setting the right action plan, execute it and track it.
  • Identify and find the right sellers to meet Back Market B2B customer needs, both during tenders’ processes and traditional online market place model
  • Be able to successfully pitch Back Market B2B offer, needs and challenges to the targeted merchants
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functionally the onboarding of these interested sellers on Back Market Pro
  • Once onboarded, be the primary point of contact for sellers to develop their business by maximizing stock visible on the platform and drive price optimization
  • Manage a portfolio of key sellers, build a long-lasting relationship with them and support their daily needs.
  • Own their Sales and Quality performance on Back Market Pro websites/perimeter in Europe, mainly in France, Belgium, UK (rest of Europe later)
  • Feed and monitor your portfolio by providing a consultative, solution oriented sales, marketing and logistic approach
  • Lead Business Review with your sellers to plan and manage strategic plans. Visit and audit their structures
  • Lead cross-team projects to tailor solutions for our Sellers
  • Be proficient leveraging data to track sellers performances and analyze trends and create projection
  • Highly contribute to Back Market business growth by working cross functionally within Back Market B2B and other Account Manager from Back Market Core
  • Collect sellers’ feed-back to influence and help elaborate Back Market B2B strategy organization with cross team (Product, Tech, Sales team’s)

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketplaces
  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startup is preferred
  • Previous experience in B2B world is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/operation topics at the same time, on different geographical perimeter if a must
  • Proven customer portfolio management skills
  • Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
  • SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus, but readiness to learn on analytics skills is a must
  • Confident in business and technical conversations and can break down complex concepts for anyone to understand
