About the role

  • Lead the design and execution of talent management and organizational development programs.
  • Manage and enhance the performance management process, including goal setting and performance documentation.
  • Lead functional and leadership succession planning and talent review processes globally.
  • Provide career development guidance to managers.
  • Manage and optimize the Talent Management System within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and track workforce and talent analytics.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to ensure linkage between performance outcomes and rewards.
  • Oversee the individual development planning process for high potential employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development.
  • Experience within a global or complex organization preferred.
  • Experience using and administering Oracle HCM Cloud or similar Talent Management Systems strongly preferred.
