Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development.
Experience within a global or complex organization preferred.
Experience using and administering Oracle HCM Cloud or similar Talent Management Systems strongly preferred.
