About the role

  • Develop and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for store leaders, associates, and corporate teams.
  • Ensure training aligns with Claire’s brand standards, operational priorities, and business goals.
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to identify learning needs and create targeted development solutions.
  • Track training participation, completion rates, and impact on performance metrics.
  • Gather learner feedback and continuously refine programs for greater engagement and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Support rollout of new initiatives, technology, and processes by providing clear, effective training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or retail operations
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience engaging both in-person and virtual audiences
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel to stores and distribution centers as needed
