Responsibilities
Create engaging and interactive on demand courses
Develop curriculum and materials
Assess training and related needs for services
Manage the design and creation of on demand content with a DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) and Accessibility lens
Collaborate with other trainers within the department and across state government
Participate in meetings and planning sessions
Use technology to facilitate these activities
Requirements
Professional certification, or bachelor's degree or higher, in one or more of the following: adult learning, human resources, organizational development, leadership development, and/or public administration
Four (4) years or more experience that includes supervisory experience or training others in supervisory skills
Any combination of the following: developing training programs, teaching or facilitating programs for adults, providing consulting services to an organization, or one-on-one coaching of adult learners
