About the role

  • Talent Development Program Partner creating and managing HR development programs for HPE. Collaborating with leaders to align talent strategies in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

  • Creates, delivers and manages talent programs to attract, develop and retain leaders and engaged employees.
  • Partners with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies to meet business priorities.
  • Designs and delivers global diversity initiatives.
  • Analyzes performance, assessment and talent data, and facilitates talent planning sessions.
  • Builds partnerships with local universities and organizations to enhance talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human, Industrial Psychology or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent project management and process development skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong budget management and accounting skills.
