Requirements
Pedagogical expertise and innovation: instructional design, creation of tailored learning pathways, continuous monitoring of learning trends
Project management: ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects, global ↔ local coordination, budget monitoring and performance tracking
Cross-functional leadership: influence without direct authority, strategic partner mindset focused on solutions, collaboration with experts and business stakeholders
Digital learning: proficiency with LMS/LXP and collaborative tools, design of blended learning paths, microlearning, adaptive learning, and integration of generative AI
