About the role

  • Lead the development of skills by designing and deploying the training plan
  • Support managers, HR and employees in identifying learning needs
  • Ensure budget monitoring, performance tracking and legal compliance
  • Continuously improve learning offers and programs
  • Monitor innovations and contribute to strategic projects related to learning

Requirements

  • Pedagogical expertise and innovation: instructional design, creation of tailored learning pathways, continuous monitoring of learning trends
  • Project management: ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects, global ↔ local coordination, budget monitoring and performance tracking
  • Cross-functional leadership: influence without direct authority, strategic partner mindset focused on solutions, collaboration with experts and business stakeholders
  • Digital learning: proficiency with LMS/LXP and collaborative tools, design of blended learning paths, microlearning, adaptive learning, and integration of generative AI
  • Change management: learning-focused approach to support adoption of each project
  • Data & Learning Intelligence: analysis of learning data and measurement of ROI
  • Social & collaborative learning: facilitation of communities of practice, engaging managers and leaders as learning ambassadors
  • Personal competencies: aligned with our Leadership Model: ENHANCE SELF AWARENESS / Cultivate growth mindset / Collaborate with others / Deliver results / Focus on customer
  • Languages: proficiency in written and spoken English
