Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to gather input on current and future learning needs.
Support the translation of performance gaps into learning recommendations or program suggestions.
Partner with internal learning architects or external vendors to design, curate, or adapt learning content to meet the functional need.
Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and on-the-job training sessions to support skill development and capability building.
Coordinate the delivery of assigned learning programs to ensure a consistent and positive participant experience.
Serve as a liaison between business functions, HR, and the L&D team to support alignment of learning strategies with business goals.
Support the implementation of learning programs through clear communication, change management, and logistical planning.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
Help coordinate or deliver development programs that support leadership, technical, or cross-functional skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
3+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or HR business partnering.
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations teams strongly preferred.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design processes, and learning technologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good to Have: Proficiency in LMS administration (Alchemy and Workday Learning)
