About the role

  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to gather input on current and future learning needs.
  • Support the translation of performance gaps into learning recommendations or program suggestions.
  • Partner with internal learning architects or external vendors to design, curate, or adapt learning content to meet the functional need.
  • Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and on-the-job training sessions to support skill development and capability building.
  • Coordinate the delivery of assigned learning programs to ensure a consistent and positive participant experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between business functions, HR, and the L&D team to support alignment of learning strategies with business goals.
  • Support the implementation of learning programs through clear communication, change management, and logistical planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
  • Help coordinate or deliver development programs that support leadership, technical, or cross-functional skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or HR business partnering.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design processes, and learning technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good to Have: Proficiency in LMS administration (Alchemy and Workday Learning)
  • Experience in instructional design
