About the role

  • Human Resources Consultant at Embracon focused on employee development and strategic HR management. Collaborate with teams to identify organizational needs and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify development needs together with partner leadership or needs requested by the organization
  • Understand the company's strategy with the PR directorate and diagnose business needs (challenges and core processes of internal clients) and development needs of partner departments.
  • Understand strategic people management in partner departments regarding the needs for: Workforce planning: define who we want (suggestions and alternatives to improve the organizational structure of internal clients); Recruitment & Selection: bring the right people; Performance Management: ensure performance; Compensation Management: reward performance; Learning & Development (L&D): promote growth; Retention: retain key talent.
  • Support partner departments to diagnose, create, or modify people structures with respect to: analyzing the need to review/create organizational structures or job functions, supporting the preparation of Job Descriptions and Career Diagrams; analyze and advise on movements and vacancies requested by leadership.

  • Deliver or guide leadership development actions as needed
  • Reinforce communication about organizational trainings available through Embracon Corporate University and report completion status to directors and managers.
  • Define and execute the best format, language, content and communication channels for training and/or development activities for partner departments.
  • Contribute to the design or improvement of development processes and methodologies (training, upskilling and education), together with the Talent Attraction and Development Management team.
  • Support the Talent Development and Retention team
  • Assist the Talent Development and Retention team in analyzing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and periodically reviewing the mapping of planned successors.
  • Monitor HR metrics and people management tools
  • Work in partnership with leaders, analyzing and monitoring HR metrics and people management tools, and support the construction of action plans.
  • Contribute to analysis and support people-related decision-making, such as recruitment and selection, hires/onboarding, training and development, internal movements and terminations, to help leaders achieve their objectives through people.
  • Conflict management and maintenance of organizational culture
  • Analyze and support leaders in managing conflicts within departments to ensure a harmonious environment aligned with the company culture (mission, vision and values).
  • Define, guide and support the team's actions with internal client leadership regarding the creation of customized data that contributes to initiatives in human capital planning.
  • Also perform any other duties of equivalent complexity inherent to the processes of the Organizational Unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Up to 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Coaching certification.
