Responsibilities
Lead the People strategy and business partners with members of the Finance Leadership Team
Drive the sub-functions people agenda
Shape and deliver functional people plans aligned to the wider People strategy
Lead organisation design and change activity, including integration programmes
Drive and support strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives
Own employment cost forecasting and budgeting across supported sub functions
Champion inclusion and cultural transformation, working in partnership with Centres of Expertise
Requirements
Strong generalist HR experience
Deep knowledge across the full employee lifecycle and all core HR disciplines
In depth understanding of organisation design principles
Proven ability to support and deliver change and transformation activity
Strong track record of successfully leading and delivering HR initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes
Excellent understanding of relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements
Skilled at influencing and aligning senior and cross functional stakeholders
