About the role

  • Early Career Talent Partner at Proofpoint managing internship recruiting and university partnerships. Driving global early-career programs while collaborating across functions to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute Global Internship recruiting and program strategy
  • Execute the full recruiting lifecycle for early-career and intern hires, including drafting requisitions, sourcing via optimal channels, managing job postings, coordinating candidate scheduling and logistics, facilitating offers, and overseeing onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Consult with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, shape candidate profiles, guide compensation discussions, and support structured onboarding and training processes.
  • Represent Proofpoint as an employer brand ambassador both on-campus and online—building strategic relationships with universities, career centers, faculties, and student groups, and represent our brand at career fairs, information sessions, and virtual events.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of university relations programs—including campus events, internship orientations, networking sessions, speaker engagements, and exit processes—ensuring seamless logistics and stakeholder coordination.
  • Build robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, resume screening, utilization of electronic evaluation tools, and ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Serve as a point person for specialized initiatives, including immigration administration (with Legal support), affirmative-action, and broader campus recruitment strategy.
  • Contribute knowledge and innovative/creative ideas for current entry-level programs and the overall campus recruitment strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally including campus or early-career recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools, with experience navigating recruiting or applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of Workday a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a highly professional and personable approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and a strong customer service mindset—driven by results and detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in dynamic environments and handle ambiguity with confidence.
