About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main link between the Global Digital Hub and the Pharma network, aligning global/regional expectations and integrating business needs into delivery models.
- Convert complex business requirements from commercial and medical teams into actionable service solutions delivered via the LAB.
- Guide Service Delivery Leads on priorities and quality, while collaborating with managers on performance and talent growth.
- Coordinate with external partners for quality execution and support finance activities, including tracking delivery data and cost tables.
- Shape the evolution of LAB offerings and product direction to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and digital content ambitions.
- Maintain transparent communication and reporting to build credibility across global, regional, and affiliate teams.
- Foster a culture of improvement by integrating feedback and emerging technologies, such as AI, into daily operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in service delivery, digital operations, or business partnering, ideally within life sciences.
- Experience in client facing roles within a consulting firm is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Digital, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital content platforms, marketing technology, and a solid understanding of AI adoption within pharma business processes.
- Proven track record of engaging global stakeholders and coordinating external partner relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive governance, and connect digital operations to tangible business outcomes.
