About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between Group IT and the Water Management Division
- Support leaders, shape demand, align priorities
- Ensure Group-wide IT strategies and standards are adopted locally

- Enable efficient, secure, and consistent use of Group-approved systems
Requirements
- Significant experience as a PMO Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Business Analyst
- Background working in federated, complex, or multi-site organisations
- Proven success supporting or representing a business unit within a central IT model
- Strong experience developing business cases and managing formal change processes
- Demonstrated ability to embed standardised processes in geographically diverse teams
- Solid understanding of change management principles
- Willingness to travel across multiple UK sites
- Experience working within an ERP (e.g., SAP) environment (desirable)
- Experience in an acquisitive organisation (desirable)
