Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for new inbound partnership requests, qualifying leads based on strategic fit and technical compatibility to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
Manage ongoing commercial relationships through our commission systems, ensuring transparency and trust with our external stakeholders.
Assist the Partnerships Manager in establishing new strategic relationships within the food-tech and POS ecosystem to expand our market reach.
Proactively monitor partnership health and analyse performance data to propose improvements that maximise mutual value.
Work closely with the Sales team to stay aligned on business development opportunities and ensure partner-led accounts are handled seamlessly.
Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by identifying and hunting for new integration partners that align with our customers' needs.
Participate in the planning and execution of joint marketing actions, such as webinars and events, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate with API teams to ensure technical compatibility and smooth onboarding for new partners.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnership management, channel sales, or account management.
Fluent language skills in both English and Italian are mandatory.
Experience in the food technology, hospitality or restaurant industry.
A comfortable understanding of commission structures, ROI discussions, and the ability to drive partner-sourced revenue.
Experience with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and an interest in understanding REST API integrations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations and persuade external partners.
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with the food-tech landscape or POS systems is a significant plus.
