Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs to support employee development.
Manage, update, and deploy content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint.
Analyze learner needs to create targeted, effective training interventions.
Troubleshoot and adjust learning content to ensure successful outcomes.
Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to gather content and align learning initiatives.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop impactful learning experiences.
Review, edit, and enhance training materials for clarity and consistency.
Facilitate virtual or in-person learning sessions as needed.
Stay current on learning technology trends and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
Degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Talent Development.
Proven experience with Articulate eLearning software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with Workday Learning or other LMS platforms preferred.
Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is an asset.
