About the role

  • Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs to support employee development.
  • Manage, update, and deploy content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint.
  • Analyze learner needs to create targeted, effective training interventions.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust learning content to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to gather content and align learning initiatives.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop impactful learning experiences.
  • Review, edit, and enhance training materials for clarity and consistency.
  • Facilitate virtual or in-person learning sessions as needed.
  • Stay current on learning technology trends and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Talent Development.
  • Proven experience with Articulate eLearning software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with Workday Learning or other LMS platforms preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is an asset.
