About the role
- Build and grow a UA team: recruit, coach, and create a performance-driven culture
- Lead UA strategy across multiple game launches and define tunnel-wide growth strategies
- Partner with studios to align targets, timings, and tactics and ensure flawless execution
- Personally manage UA for top-performing/high-priority titles with hands-on campaign management
- Dive into campaign data to identify opportunities and increase ROAS through creative iteration
- Set up forecasting, pacing, and growth reporting
- Collaborate with studios, product managers, creative strategists, and data scientists to shape product decisions
- Use in-house UA automation systems and provide structured feedback to improve tools
- Share UA insights, mentor peers, and drive cross-functional growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing / UA with impact on high-scale mobile games
- Proven leadership experience: led and grown high-performing teams and coached under-performers
- Mastery of major UA platforms: Meta, TikTok, Applovin, AdMob, DSPs
- Deep understanding of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust), SKAN, and attribution dynamics
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, statistical tools, and creative testing frameworks
- Experimentation mindset and ability to structure test plans and learning loops
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
