About the role

  • Research, prospect, and engage cold and warm clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify needs, budgets, and decision-making timelines
  • Monitor industry trends and indicators to spark thought leadership content and novel communications
  • Share the Local Hero brand, value proposition, and product suite
  • Work with leadership and other business units to design industry-specific outbound strategy and assets
  • Maintain current and accurate CRM records and lay the groundwork for lasting relationships
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and engagements for Corporate and Franchisee Sales
  • Support leadership to manage pitches and deals, including internal and external deadline calendars and communications
  • Create or assist the production of pipeline and reporting meetings
  • Assist marketing in messaging outreach and build program reporting
  • Help manage client data across a range of technologies
  • Lead and mentor a small team of SDRs to achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive skill development and professional growth
  • Serve as a key liaison between SDRs and leadership, communicating team insights, successes, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 3–5 years of front-line sales or business development experience
  • Previous experience as a team lead, supervisor, or senior SDR with mentoring responsibilities
  • Proven ability to generate leads, exceed activity targets, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Skilled communicator—both written and verbal—with an ability to motivate others
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Curiosity and passion for digital marketing solutions.
