About the role

  • Manage all inbound leads (speed-to-lead, triage, and booking next steps).
  • Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling.
  • Qualify prospects against agreed criteria, capture detailed notes, and set clear next steps.
  • Personalize outreach by persona and brand, ensuring consistency with brand tone.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content.
  • Provide weekly reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English; strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with strong objection-handling abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools.
