About the role
- Intern in land sourcing for a renewable energy company, actively participating in biogas project developments. Engaging with landowners and contributing to securing land for energy projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in securing land for the siting of local anaerobic digestion (biogas) facilities.
- Assess and qualify potential project opportunities.
- Research cadastral and land registry information for parcels.
- Initiate contact with landowners and/or local authorities.
- Meet with landowners and/or local authorities.
- Develop and present appropriate offers (preparing commercial proposals, following up and re-engaging prospects, etc.).
- Support land securing processes (preparing contracts, negotiations, etc.).
- Contribute to improving the land securing process.
- Contribute to enhancing and diversifying our service offerings.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree at a business school, engineering school, or a Master’s in Territorial Planning/Project Management, Geography, Urban Planning, Environmental Law, or Planning Law.
- Seeking a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible.
