Responsibilities
Identify tenders and requests for proposals that Technique Solaire is likely to participate in: monitor specialized platforms, liaise with key account clients, and manage external introductions
Coordinate the response to tenders at all stages: analyze the tender dossier, define requirements, obtain additional information, communicate with prospects, hold information-sharing meetings, conduct potential site visits, and coordinate Technique Solaire’s internal teams for the tender response
Prepare the tender response package: compile technical and administrative documents and draft the technical and financial proposal
Track the tender process specific to each prospect and take part in progress meetings and tender presentations
Handover projects to the dedicated teams for tenders won by Technique Solaire
Contribute to prospecting for key accounts and identify new prospects using mapping tools and market monitoring
Requirements
