Responsibilities
Assist in qualifying existing leads and prospects
Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, WhatsApp or other channels defined by the manager
Update internal systems with leads and prospect information, ensuring data quality and reliability
Prepare quotes as backup for the Acquisition team and for specific negotiations
Ensure daily activities are executed according to the guidance and priorities set by the manager
Requirements
High school diploma
Higher education completed (preferred)
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
