About the role
- Investment Expert Lead Generation role focused on supporting affluent clients in Belgium. Involves client appointments, administrative tasks, and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plant proactief en reactief afspraken met klanten in die voort komen uit diverse activiteiten: onder andere outbound calls, inbound calls, call-me-later verzoeken en e-mail, dit voor zowel Personal Bankers als voor Investment Experts Advice.
- Behandelt inkomende oproepen en e-mails van klanten en zorgt voor tijdige, correcte antwoorden.
- Biedt digitale begeleiding voor verschillende beleggingsstromen in de app (Self Invest, Easy Invest, Star Fund, enz.).
- Biedt hoogwaardige administratieve service (zoals KYC, RFI, ..) aan voor A+ klanten.
- Herkent leads met potentiële beleggingsbehoeften en plant afspraken in voor zowel Personal Bankers als Investment Experts Advice.
Requirements
- Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans en Engels
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt een echte passie voor klanttevredenheid.
- Je hebt plezier in en bent succesvol met outbound bellen om klanten te motiveren een afspraak te maken met een adviseur over onze beleggingsoplossingen.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, schriftelijk en mondeling, vooral op afstand.
- Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en flexibel om zelfstandig te kunnen werken.
- Je bent expert in het behandelen van serviceverzoeken zoals KYC, schenkingen, RFI, …
