- Manage end-to-end **grievance handling**, including mediations, arbitrations, and hearings at the **Human Rights Tribunal** and **Ontario Labour Relations Board**.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date **grievance and case files**.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with **Union Locals**.
- Draft and review employment correspondence, including **disciplinary actions** and **termination letters**.
- Conduct **labour relations training sessions** and provide policy guidance to management.
- Monitor and communicate key **labour relations metrics and trends**.
- Stay current on **employment legislation** and best practices.
- Travel to various branch locations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in labour relations within **unionized and non-union environments** in a medium to large organization.
- A **degree** in **Social Sciences**, **Human Resources**, or **Labour Relations**, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of **collective agreement interpretation**, grievance administration, and dispute resolution processes.
- Excellent **communication**, **negotiation**, and **interpersonal** skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Legally eligible to work in Canada.**
- **CHRP** or **CHRL designation** (asset).
