Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise and public sector clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Drive account growth through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Develop account strategies in close collaboration with sales leadership and solution teams.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Provide thought leadership on IAM, Zero Trust, and broader cybersecurity trends.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT services.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align both client and company goals.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and proven ability to establish trust and credibility.
Extensive experience engaging and collaborating with C-level executives.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a strong plus.
Experience working through a partner network/ecosystem is highly valued.
Native Swedish and fluent English required.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to anticipate client needs while delivering high-value solutions.
