About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise and public sector clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Drive account growth through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop account strategies in close collaboration with sales leadership and solution teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership on IAM, Zero Trust, and broader cybersecurity trends.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align both client and company goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and proven ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Extensive experience engaging and collaborating with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a strong plus.
  • Experience working through a partner network/ecosystem is highly valued.
  • Native Swedish and fluent English required.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to anticipate client needs while delivering high-value solutions.
