About the role

  • Junior Sales & Account Manager managing corporate events and catering services. Collaborating closely with founders and optimizing processes within the growing startup sector in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You organize top events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry to the event itself.
  • You work closely with our founders and C-level team to continuously optimize product and processes and can make a real impact.
  • You use our platform daily — with smart automation and AI at every turn.
  • You serve as the main point of contact for decision-makers at our clients — engaging as an equal partner and delivering impact.
  • You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with tangible influence on the company’s success.
  • You coordinate proposals, provide feedback on product and processes, and help further improve egora.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B context
  • Food/catering or event background? A strong plus, but not required
  • A university degree is not required — but strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on, can-do attitude are essential
  • You take ownership, think entrepreneurially, and are eager to drive things forward
