About the role
- Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels
- Support the recruitment process and HR administration tasks
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines
- Manage communication with candidates: scheduling interviews, follow-ups and feedback
- Support in preparing job postings and ensure alignment across different job boards and channels
- Create reports and provide market insights on talent trends
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or related field
- A master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a plus
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills in Greek and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
