About the role

  • Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels
  • Support the recruitment process and HR administration tasks
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines
  • Manage communication with candidates: scheduling interviews, follow-ups and feedback
  • Support in preparing job postings and ensure alignment across different job boards and channels
  • Create reports and provide market insights on talent trends
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires

Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or related field
  • A master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Good writing, communication, and presentation skills in Greek and English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
