About the role

  • Assist, diagnose, troubleshoot, and deliver effective solutions to customers.
  • Execute customer onboarding initiatives with one of our key clients.
  • Participate in technical issue analysis and debugging with other team members.
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers.
  • Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about relevant products and their capabilities.
  • Comply with escalation workflow for unresolved issues and identify bugs/product issues for development team.
  • Resolve issues raised within SLA and aim to prevent future problems.
  • Learn, document, and share knowledge with others.
  • Work EMEA shift (1pm-10pm) and be available for pre-scheduled weekend full/standby support.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and resilience.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations.
  • Data science knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Python/R and Jupyter Notebooks is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployments, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a strong plus.
  • Available to work EMEA shift (Afternoon 1pm-10pm).
  • Available to work on pre-scheduled weekends on full/standby support.
  • Position is hybrid/remote with preferential consideration for candidates local to the country’s office.
  • This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance.
