Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales representative, you will be part of a dynamic team and have a busy day-to-day interacting with leads, the team, and other departments. Your routine will include:
Personalized Communication: Interact with healthcare professionals, presenting Livance's concept and operations clearly and empathetically. Communication is primarily via WhatsApp and occasionally by phone, e-mail, and video calls;
Relationship Building: Develop relationships with leads focused on consultative selling;
CRM Management: Use the CRM as a sales tool to record and organize interactions and tasks, ensuring efficiency at every stage of the sales process;
Scheduling Visits: Schedule lead visits to Livance locations and maintain close coordination with coordination and management teams to ensure an exceptional experience;
Sales Closing: Execute commercial closings and manage the handover to the Customer Relations (CR) team, ensuring the client receives all necessary support;
