Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for leading, operating and developing the team with a focus on quotation & order management, invoicing, procurement, claims management and logistics
Responsibility for maintaining and further developing the contract database
Optimization of inside sales processes
Forecasting and reporting to executive management
Support with tenders and bids
Support during customer and supplier audits
Close coordination with executive management, Sales, Marketing and Account Management
Responsibility for end-to-end process quality within SAP S/4HANA
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a related field
Several years of professional experience in inside sales
Strong IT skills — especially MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
Solid commercial understanding with a good feel for the industry’s products and services
Quality awareness and a strong customer- and service-orientation
Structured, analytical and independent working style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confident and persuasive demeanor
Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
