Inside Sales Operations role managing customer orders and supporting sales processes for IT services. Collaborating across departments to ensure efficient workflow in a technical service environment.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for recording, processing and executing customer orders – particularly for our new service partners in Technical Services and the Academy.
You support daily Sales Operations processes and help ensure deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
You carefully maintain customer data, orders and appointments in SAP.
You handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally – both for training services and for technical services.
You prepare quotes and cost calculations with a good feel for numbers and commercial viability.
You organize trainings and workshops with our partners and coordinate the booking of trainers, venues and participants.
You work closely with internal departments, suppliers and service providers and support the implementation of our sales strategy.
You identify process challenges early and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders when required.
Requirements
You have strong organizational skills and a structured, process-oriented way of working.
You enjoy administrative tasks and have a good understanding of sales-related processes.
You are detail-oriented, numbers-savvy and keep an overview even with complex tasks.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with SAP R/3.
You communicate clearly and professionally – in German and English.
You are interested in the IT industry and want to actively contribute to the further development of our Technical Services.
