About the role

  • Take part in the strategy, planning, and execution of paid influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Research, vet, and cast influencers who align with campaign goals, brand values, and audience demographics.
  • Craft creative briefs for influencer content aligned with brand objectives, ensuring content is engaging, trend-aware, and on-brand.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal PR, Digital, and Paid Media teams to integrate influencer efforts into larger brand initiatives.
  • Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on influencer trends, creative formats, and best practices.
  • Prepare post-campaign performance reports, analyzing KPIs, and suggesting optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, talent agents, and influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a network of strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and content creators across industries.
  • Actively monitor social trends and emerging creators to build a robust influencer database.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign concepts, influencer content direction, and paid social amplification opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer strategies to maintain innovative campaign offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and creator culture.
  • Experience working with creators in lifestyle categories (beauty, wellness, fashion, F&B, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident in leading client presentations and pitches.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Meltwater, Sprout Social, etc.) is an asset.
