Responsibilities
Manage the administrative processes that support the employee life cycle (e.g., onboarding and integration, skills development, total compensation and benefits, leave and vacation management, etc.);
Handle administrative follow-ups related to benefits (enrollments, changes, terminations, communications with providers, etc.);
Draft, revise and format various HR documents in collaboration with internal teams when required (contracts, letters, policies, internal communications);
Contribute to the update and enforcement of internal policies, procedures and programs;
Keep HR databases and shared files up to date (BambooHR, SharePoint, etc.);
Prepare HR reports and dashboards (indicators, statistics, tracking);
Support the planning and logistics of team meetings, committees and HR events;
Assist with the logistical organization of training activities and organizational development initiatives;
Ensure compliance and proper archiving of employee files;
Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, leave and administrative procedures;
Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups;
Actively participate in talent sourcing on LinkedIn for certain position profiles;
Collaborate on writing attractive job postings that are consistent with the employer brand;
Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees (preparing welcome materials, coordinating first days, onboarding follow-ups).
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Administration, Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Human Resources, or a university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field;
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a Human Resources team;
Experience working in a professional services consulting firm (an asset);
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken;
Comfortable with HRIS and proficient in BambooHR;
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint);
Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.);
Membership in the Ordre des CRHA (an asset).
