HRIS Analyst driving strategy and governance for Boldr's HRIS ecosystem ensuring alignment with business growth. Leading system enhancements and providing analytical insights across departments.
Responsibilities
Own the strategic roadmap for Boldr’s HRIS, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with PX and business goals.
Define and enforce HRIS governance, including data integrity standards, security protocols, and compliance with global regulations.
Act as the system owner and primary liaison between PX, IT, and HRIS vendors.
Lead major HRIS projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
Continuously assess HR processes and recommend automation, workflow improvements, and best practices.
Evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Build advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to provide leaders with actionable workforce insights.
Partner with PX leadership to design dashboards and predictive models that support strategic workforce planning.
Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports for executives and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to integrate HRIS with enterprise systems (payroll, ATS, LMS, etc.).
Train and mentor PX team members and system users, building HRIS expertise across the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HRIS strategy, system capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong expertise with HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred), including system configuration, integration, and optimization.
Proven experience leading HRIS projects such as implementations, upgrades, or enterprise integrations.
Solid understanding of global HR compliance, data privacy, and security requirements.
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
Nice to have a certification in HR technology, project management, or HR analytics (preferred).
Nice to have experience in Rippling, Workday, and handling helpdesk is also (preferred).
