About the role

  • HR Partner supporting management and employees in personal topics. Responsible for HR reports, recruiting, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
  • Preparing HR reports, ad-hoc analyses and statistics
  • Planning headcounts and personnel budgets in collaboration with executive management
  • Supporting the analysis of needs for personnel development measures and organizing training programs
  • Responsible for recruiting and supervising apprentices and dual-study students
  • Coordinating cooperation with group-wide recruiting and personnel administration
  • Working with external partners and managing temporary employment (temporary staffing)
  • Implementing company-wide HR projects within the local organization

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Specialist (all genders)
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and works council law
  • Practical experience with SAP HCM and confident use of MS Office
  • Independent, results-oriented working style and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
