About the role

  • HR Specialist at PFEIFFER & MAY Gruppe responsible for talent management and HR digitalization. Collaborating on recruitment strategies and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • HR digitization & system ownership: Implementation and administration of the new HR system VEDA, and support for the digitalization of HR processes
  • Learning & e‑Learning: Responsibility for the learning strategy in the central product areas
  • Recruiting & employer branding: Strategic management of recruiting in close coordination with business units and managers
  • Talent management & organizational development: Further development of existing HR tools and participation in strategic HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Solid experience in talent management, strategic recruiting, and organizing training programs
  • Confident use of HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ideally Softgarden); experience with VEDA is an advantage
  • Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of working in a team
