Requirements
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
Solid experience in talent management, strategic recruiting, and organizing training programs
Confident use of HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ideally Softgarden); experience with VEDA is an advantage
