About the role

  • Prepare the monthly payroll for hourly-paid/industrial employees, taking into account the applicable collective bargaining agreements
  • Capture and maintain personnel master data and personnel movement/transaction data
  • Manage the issuance and processing of certificates and official documents
  • Correspond with employees and managers
  • Correspond with authorities, social insurance institutions and health insurance funds
  • General HR administration tasks

Requirements

  • Professional experience in payroll processing is essential
  • Completed commercial vocational training (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of tax law, collective bargaining/tariff regulations and social security law
  • Service-oriented and independent working style
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
