About the role

  • Administrative employee focusing on personnel data management and payroll support at Calanbau Brandschutzanlagen GmbH. Engaging with HR administrative processes and communication with insurance providers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and management of employee master data in SAP HCM
  • Preparation and support for the monthly payroll process
  • Digital filing of personnel-related documents in the electronic personnel file
  • Communication with social insurance agencies, health insurance funds and authorities
  • Issuance of certificates and handling of administrative HR processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk or office administrator)
  • Initial experience in personnel administration or payroll
  • Confident user of MS Office; ideally familiar with SAP HCM or another payroll system
  • Structured, reliable and discreet working style
  • Enjoys working in a team and with digital HR processes
