Responsibilities
Verzamelen, controleren en aanleveren van gegevens voor een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking
Verwerken van in- en uitdiensttredingen, verzuimregistraties en mutaties
Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en HR-documenten
Publiceren van vacatures en coördineren van sollicitatieprocedures
Beheren van verzuimregistratiesystemen verwerken van aanvragen
Opstellen van diverse rapportages en analyses van personeelsdata
Archiveren, documentbeheer en procesoptimalisatie
Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en beantwoordt vragen over HR-gerelateerde administratieve zaken
Requirements
MBO werk- en denkniveau
Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in HR en salarisadministratie
Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) is een pré
Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
Proactieve, servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte houding
Vermogen om snel te schakelen in een dynamische werkomgeving met deadlines
Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie en systeemontwikkeling
Ervaring met HR-Systemen en MS Office (pré)
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
