Payroll and Benefits Specialist managing international payroll and benefits administration across various pay cycles. Ensuring compliance with statutory payroll reporting and managing HRIS systems in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll across various international pay cycles (e.g., semi-monthly, monthly) in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile payroll and benefits, managing the flow of information to the general ledger.
Manage the preparation and submission of all statutory payroll reporting and remittances.
Lead year-end reconciliations and the preparation of all legally required tax forms.
Manage and maintain the payroll and HRIS system (Workday).
Administer and support all international employee benefit plans.
Requirements
Spanish speaking
Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Understanding of international payroll compliance and reporting
Ability to manage and reconcile payroll and benefits information
Experience preparing audit documentation and reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
