About the role

  • Payroll and Benefits Specialist managing international payroll and benefits administration across various pay cycles. Ensuring compliance with statutory payroll reporting and managing HRIS systems in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process payroll across various international pay cycles (e.g., semi-monthly, monthly) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits, managing the flow of information to the general ledger.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of all statutory payroll reporting and remittances.
  • Lead year-end reconciliations and the preparation of all legally required tax forms.
  • Manage and maintain the payroll and HRIS system (Workday).
  • Administer and support all international employee benefit plans.

Requirements

  • Spanish speaking
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Understanding of international payroll compliance and reporting
  • Ability to manage and reconcile payroll and benefits information
  • Experience preparing audit documentation and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
