About the role

  • Team Leader for payroll resolutions ensuring correct employee payments across Victoria's transport and planning departments. Lead a team to manage complex payroll enquiries and improve service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for resolving complex payroll enquiries across the department
  • Ensure employees are paid correctly and matters are managed with fairness and professionalism
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams, providing trusted advice on pay, leave and entitlements

Requirements

  • Experience interpreting enterprise agreements and managing complex payroll matters.
  • Ideally prior experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR Platforms
  • Strong Excel skills to support payroll analysis and reporting
