About the role

  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, forms, and digital data in accordance with GDPR.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, managers, and external partners (e.g., government agencies, insurance providers, healthcare services).
  • Provide accurate payroll inputs and validate monthly payroll data.
  • Act as the local key user for HRIS and absence management systems.
  • Administer employee benefits and contribute to health & safety initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of local HR policies, guidelines, and projects.
  • Prepare HR reports, coordinate meetings/interviews/events, and manage HR-related agendas.
  • Create and distribute the Monthly Managers Newsletter.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll practices
  • Solid understanding of core HR functions and best practices
  • Proven HR administration and employee relations skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
