Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, forms, and digital data in accordance with GDPR.
Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Serve as a liaison between employees, managers, and external partners (e.g., government agencies, insurance providers, healthcare services).
Provide accurate payroll inputs and validate monthly payroll data.
Act as the local key user for HRIS and absence management systems.
Administer employee benefits and contribute to health & safety initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of local HR policies, guidelines, and projects.
Prepare HR reports, coordinate meetings/interviews/events, and manage HR-related agendas.
Create and distribute the Monthly Managers Newsletter.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll practices
Solid understanding of core HR functions and best practices
Proven HR administration and employee relations skills
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
Fluent in spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
