About the role

  • Provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Services team – focusing on Advisor support via administration
  • Work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration
  • Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities
  • Workflow monitoring and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least)
  • Manual data entries into the HR system
  • Easy cases handling

Requirements

  • Have ongoing college or University studies (preferably in related field)
  • Can speak English fluently, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
  • Can work minimum 20 hours / week, on the afternoons between 14:00-20:00.
  • Have computer skills and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Have empathy and customer focused attitude
