HR Services Intern providing administrative support for onboarding and HR advisor activities in Budapest. Engage in varied tasks and collaborate with HR advisors in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Services team – focusing on Advisor support via administration
Work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration
Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities
Workflow monitoring and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least)
Manual data entries into the HR system
Easy cases handling
Requirements
Have ongoing college or University studies (preferably in related field)
Can speak English fluently, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
Can work minimum 20 hours / week, on the afternoons between 14:00-20:00.
Have computer skills and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Have empathy and customer focused attitude
