About the role

  • Take full ownership of all administrative HR processes
  • Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of payroll and salary accounting
  • Strategically develop the onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Prepare offers and employment contracts
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee retention
  • Design and drive strategic HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in a comparable HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and payroll
  • Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Empathy, discretion and an open ear for employee concerns
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to support recruiting activities as needed
