Responsibilities
Implement and administer HR programs, policies, and compliance measures across multiple HR domains
Support employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, termination, and records management
Assist in compensation and benefits processes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
Coordinate HR-related training and talent development initiatives to enhance workforce capability
Use HR technology and systems (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and operational efficiency
Support streamlined HR processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
Help with workforce mobility, including domestic and international relocation and immigration services
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, performance management, and career development
Support projects that foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing work culture
Facilitate access to employee well-being resources and programs
Support occupational health compliance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Support the development and communication of HR policies and compliance practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in HR functions in an international or multi-location organization
Fluency in English
Experience managing HR operations while collaborating with partners
Knowledge of labour relations, employment law, and HR compliance
Familiarity with HRIS, and digital HR tools
