About the role

  • HR Operations Specialist focusing on employee lifecycle and HR processes in EMEA with opportunities to gain international exposure. Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HR processes: pre-hire, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (pay, benefits, leave, training, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing.
  • Document and improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or Payroll (ADP experience is a plus)
  • Exposure to multi-country HR operations in Europe (France/Benelux experience highly valued)
  • Knowledge in HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Compliance
  • Familiarity with Workday and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent French and English required; Dutch or German is a strong advantage
