HR Operations Specialist focusing on employee lifecycle and HR processes in EMEA with opportunities to gain international exposure. Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end HR processes: pre-hire, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (pay, benefits, leave, training, etc.).
Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing.
Document and improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or Payroll (ADP experience is a plus)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations in Europe (France/Benelux experience highly valued)
Knowledge in HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Compliance
Familiarity with Workday and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent French and English required; Dutch or German is a strong advantage
