Responsibilities
Independently manage the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
Plan and conduct recruiting processes, including interviews
Develop and implement HR and organizational development measures
Serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters
Work closely with management and operational departments
Continuously optimize HR processes with an innovative, practice-oriented approach
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist)
Native-level German (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all levels
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with HR tools
Preferable: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries
