About the role

  • Drive the hiring journey from discovering talent and conducting interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and procedures when necessary
  • Support the monthly payroll process, including the collection and validation of leave and absence data
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and providing guidance
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and additional perks
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics related to employee data, turnover, and other key indicators
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including digit card ,metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
  • Contribute to HR projects that foster employee engagement, learning, and organizational culture, and employee performance programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure to multiple HR functions (payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management etc.)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of payroll management, labor legislation, and HR processes; experience with ERGANI is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (Epsilon Business, ATS platforms such as Workable, etc.)
  • Proactive and up-to-date with the latest developments in HR best practices and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
